Products
How will I receive my products?
After checking out through FastSpring, you will receive an email with a redemption code to download your products using Pulse Downloader.
How do I install my product?
Here's a link to our installation guide that walks you through the install process.
How long do I have to download my new purchase?
Your products will be stored in your free Pulse account indefinitely. You may download them up to ten times. For additional downloads, please contact us to reset the download limit.
Do your products work with the free Kontakt Player?
For the moment, no. Our products require version 6.7 or higher of the full retail version of Kontakt. Learn more about Kontakt Full vs Kontakt Player.
Are your samples royalty-free?
Our products can be used royalty-free as long as they are used within the context of a derivative musical work (a new composition/production made by you). For more information, check out our End User License Agreement.
Payment and Returns
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer returns. Please review the product specifications and compatibility requirements before purchasing. That said, customer satisfaction is very important to us, so please contact us with any issues and we will do our best to help.
What is FastSpring?
FastSpring is the secure payment service we use and the merchant of record for your purchase. Transactions will show up as 'FastSpring' on your credit card statement or payment history.
Do you offer discounts?
We do not offer any discounts other than those currently displayed on our website. It is possible that third-party vendors or distributors may occassionally offer our products at discounted prices. To learn about special offers, please subscribe to our newsletter.
How do I use a promo code?
The field is a bit hidden on the checkout page. Here are some instructions on how to enter your promo code.
Can I upgrade to a bundle?
We don't offer complete-my-bundle offers at this point. However, if you've purchased all the products in a bundle separately, contact us and we'll send you any bonus content.
